Birdathon:

Counting Birds, Making Friends, Raising Money

Thanks to our Birdathoners and their generous supporters, we raised over $25,000 for birds + their habitats in 2017!

Stay tuned for our next Birdathon in spring 2018.

What is Birdathon?

Birdathon is Tahoma Audubon's annual community fundraiser, but instead of counting miles, like you might for a walkathon, "Birdathoners" count birds.

In 2017, 49 Birdathoners went on one-of-a-kind field trips, learned about local birds and made new friends between April and May. Before, during and since then, this fabulous Birdathon flock has been raising money to connect people in Pierce County with nature and preserve local habitats for birds, other wildlife and future generations.

We hope you'll join us for the 2018 Birdathon!
